    SUBJECT: RESIGNATION LETTER

    It is with regret that I tender my resignation as Principal Engineer A effective


    December 2, 2019. As much as I want to stay with the Company but for personal
    reason I regret to leave. I thank TransCo for all the opportunities it has given me for
    my growth professionally and personally. My four and a half years of service with the
    Company has been a real learning experience. If I can be of any help during the
    transition period just let me know and I am willing to be of help.

    It’s been a pleasure working with the company and I wish you good luck.
