M.RAMPUR, submitted vide his letter No:90, dated 09/05/2018
he/she reported that Lalit Mahakhud, S/o Judhisthir Mahakhud of
Vill: Rampur, P.s: M.Rampur, Kalahandi is the applicant, whereas
the land stands recorded in the name of his father: Judhisthir
Mahakhud. By virtue of an affidavit executed by the R.T.:
Judhsithira Mahakahud, the applicant has got right, interest and
possession of the schedule land comes under khata No:262, of
mouza: Rampur, pertaining to its plot No:2116, By Kissam:
Gharabari, Ac.0.23 dec. only and the applicant found to be
solvent of Rs.11,89,632/- only. The applicant has furnished the
Ec of the property which found to be free from encumbrances and
the Valuation report reveals that the valuation of the property is
Rs.14,48,247/- only, whereas the applicant needs the solvency
certificate of Rs.99,000/- only.
