For Onsite Meetings March 10th through March 12th.
(Note: all participants have been to the Kingston Warehouse and it is recommended to forego
a tour)

Monday March 9th Team BCCD: Gary Brewer & Rob Wilson Arrive to Jamaica
Team Grace Kennedy (Toronto) Arrive to Jamaica
Team Grace Kennedy (New Jersey) Arrive to Jamaica

Tuesday March 10 7:30am- Picked up at hotel by Ronnie

Meetings will be held at Distribution Centre in Spanish Town

8:30am - Review, analyze and design in (Warehouse Structure):


1. Jamaica’s existing warehouse structure:
- Storage locations, Bins, Racks, etc.
- Labels and labeling of locations
- Naming conventions for all locations
- Material Master Data specific to WM
- Discuss any improvements to existing configuration
2. Review Toronto’s warehouse structure
- Compare to Jamaica and standardize the future
requirements to be as similar as possible to
Jamaica.
3. Review New Jersey’s warehouse structure
- Compare to Jamaica and Toronto’s findings, and
standardize the future naming conventions and
master data configuration (as much as possible) to
Jamaica and Toronto.

Noon - Lunch

1:00pm – Receiving transactions and WM configuration analysis


to include printing
1. Jamaica’s Inbound Receiving Processes
- Review the IM & WM configuration for receiving
- Discuss all existing options and transactions for
receiving inventory.
- Present and discuss Jamaica’s existing Inbound
Receiving Mobile RF scanning transactions.
- Review functionality no longer used.
- Discuss and design any improvements to the WM
configuration and/or to Mobile / printing
transactions.
2. Toronto’s Inbound Receiving Processes
- Compare similarities to Jamaica
- Review differences between Toronto’s receiving
procedures and Jamaica
- Review and design new inbound transactions (to
include internal labeling) and/or enhance existing
transactions used today within SAP along with the
mobile transactions to mimic processes at Jamaica.
3. New Jersey’s Inbound Receiving Processes
- Review unique receiving procedures
- Compare receiving, scanning and printing to
Jamaica and Toronto
- Decide on any new SAP and/or mobile transactions
(or enhance existing) to standardize on and with
Jamaica.

Wednesday March 11 8:00am - Outbound Transactions & WM configuration analysis


1. Jamaica’s WM Picking, Delivery Transactions to include
printing.
- Review existing WM configuration
- Review existing Mobile transactions
- Review any transactions/functionality no longer
used
- Review current process for Outbound Delivery
Creation, TO Creation and assignment of TO’s to RF
users
- Discuss improvements to configuration or mobility
2. Toronto’s WM Picking and delivery Requirements.
- Review existing processes, procedures and
utilization of SAP specific to outbound transactions
- Decide which standard Jamaican transactions to
utilize
- Design enhancements to outbound configuration
and transactions to meet Toronto’s requirements.
3. New Jersey’s Outbound Requirements
- Accomplish a gap analysis between New Jerseys
requirements, Toronto’s requirements and
Jamaica’s standard WM configuration and mobile
transactions including printing.
- Design enhancements to the outbound
transactions for New Jersey
NOON - Lunch

1:00pm – (Continuation) of Outbound Transactions & WM Configuration

3:00pm - Inventory Movements and WM configuration analysis


1. Jamaica’s inventory movements using IM and WM
transactions (Non-receiving, picking, shipping or
inventory)
- Jamaica’s existing Mobile RF scanning transactions
- Review any transactions/functionality no longer
used.
- Make changes or add transactions (WM &/or
mobile) to existing process
2. Toronto’s inventory movements
- Review existing IM transactions
- Review new WM transactions
- Decide which existing Jamaica standard
transactions to use moving forward with WM
- Decide what changes to the existing Jamaican WM
configuration or transactions that will be required
3. New Jersey’s Inventory movements
- Review and compare existing movements against
Jamaica and Toronto
- Decide and design on existing Jamaica transactions
to use.
- Design any variations of WM configuration and
transactions from Jamaica and Toronto.

Thursday March 12 8:00am – (Continuation) of Inventory movements & WM config.

10:00am - Inventory Transactions (Cycle, Physical & Inquiries):


1. Jamaica’s Standard Configuration
- Demonstrate all functionality and transactions used
today and any not used.
- Review and design applicable changes.
2. Toronto’s Inventory Requirements
- Review and list all inventory and inquiry
transactions used today
- Review the standard transaction list and
functionality as used by Jamaica today and verify
what can be used with and without modifications.
3. New Jersey’s Inventory Requirements
- Decide on what Jamaica transactions to be used as
is
- Design any enhancements to what is used in
Jamaica or changes made by Toronto

Noon - Lunch

1:00pm – (Continuation) – Inventory transactions & WM Config.

3:00pm - Miscellanous functionality and transactions review


1. Returns/ Reverse Logistic
2. Credits
3. Replenishment and Checking
4. Discuss any customized, unique functionality by site,
not covered earlier.
5. Review Mobile equipment or Printing equipment
requirements.
6. Review Soti MDM software.
