This document is a checklist for inspecting a Boeing 737 airplane for excessive cabin pressure leakage. The checklist includes 12 items to inspect such as verifying that the engine cooling automatic flow control valve and bilge drain valves close properly, checking door/hatch seals, flight deck windows, outflow valves, and air conditioning duct seals for leakage, and inspecting the wheel wells and control cable seals for excessive leakage. The inspections are intended to identify any areas of excessive pressure leakage from the cabin.

N PROCEDURE ENGINEER INSPECTOR
O INSPECTION INSPECTION 1. Verify that the EE cooling automatic flow control valve is closed properly. Some EE valves close at approximately 2.5 ± 0.5 psid. Some EE valves close at approximately 0.9 ± 0.5 psid. 2. Verify that the bilge drains located along the bottom centerline of the airplane are closed properly. The bilge drain valves close at approximately 2.0 psid. 3. Check all door and hatch seals for leakage. 4. Check the flight deck windows for leakage. 5. Check the forward outflow valve for leakage. 6. Check the cabin pressure outflow valve seal for leakage. 7. Check the cabin pressure safety relief valves for leakage 8. Check the cabin pressure negative relief valve seal for leakage. 9. Check the water service panel seals for leakage. 10. Check all air conditioning and APU duct seals at pressure bulkhead penetrations (located in the A/C bay, aft pressure dome, right rear wheel well, and forward pack bays) for leakage. 11. Check the structure in the forward and aft wheel wells for leakage. 12. Check the control cable seals in pressure bulkhead penetrations for excessive leakage.
