    Socorro Murphy Cubao Quezon City has been employed with our company
    holding the position of Driver/Operator under Mega Movers Trucking
    Services since June, 2019 up to present of this date April 3, 2020.

    His compensation depends on the trips assigned to him should there be


    none just like what is happening with the effect of Enhanced Quarantine
    because of Covid-19, then he doesn’t have any income. NO Work, NO Pay
    applies to him.

    This certification is being issued as a requirement to avail of the Social


    Amelioration Card from the government or DOLE assistance.
