Abraham S. Collado located at Barangay San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela
will not hamper and/or cause traffic congestion to traffic flow within the City
Proper.
THIS IS TO CERTIFY FURTHER that the project is not located along the
National road and provincial roads, hence, the subdivision of a traffic
management plan.
THIS CERTIFICATION is being issued upon the request of MR.
ABRAHAM S. COLLADO, in connection with his application for
ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE file at the Office of the
Regional Director last January 18,2019.
