Were sorry to inform you that the Road Clearing operation 2.0 has been resumed As per DILG
Memorandum No 2021-145, giving for local governments to comply with the Presidential directive. DILG Secretary
said that during the implementation of the RCO 2.0, LGUs must rid the streets of any obstruction, road
obstructions such as vehicular terminals except in areas designated by the LGUs; vending sites; house
encroachments that obstruct the right-of-way; debris, waste materials, and other junked items, among others
must be cleared off roadways.
This is to notify you that the DILG office sends us a memorandum dated today requiring all Punong
Barangay to clear the roads this 4 th day of JULY this year. We’re sorry to tell you that the construction must
proceed at all cost since we were mandated to clear all road obstructions that obstruct the right of way;.
We’ve given you enough time and we’ll be giving you your last chance to remove you concreted structure
at the right-of-way as soon as possible since were going to continue the construction by the month of July 2022.
This serve as your second and last notice to you asking for your cooperation to help us build better
community living.
