In 2017, Kansas was hit by a meteor that skidded halfway
into Nebraska but otherwise didn’t do much damage.
Six months after impact, the meteor began venting a
purplish gas into the Earth’s atmosphere. While at first it
seemed harmless, it first enhanced humanity’s sensory
perception, then turned the entire planet into a massive
orgy. Whoops.
A year after that, an alien race called the Ythornians
emerged from the meteor, which, it turns out, was actually
a spaceship coated in debris. They fled from a dying
homeworld in search of somewhere else to hang their
hats, and the navigational computer chose Earth.
They were very happy to be alive, and very, very
embarrassed at what their bioforming gas had done to
the natives. While the results were irreversible, they
resolved to help humanity in any way they could.
That was 200 years ago.
The year is 201 AI (After Impact) and the world is a very
different place. Technology is incredibly advanced thanks
to Ythornian know-how and Human ingenuity. The ice
caps are back, disease is nonexistent, war is pretty much
over, and we have flying cars. Humanity has changed
quite a bit too – Ythornian bioforming has genetically
altered both how we think and how we look as a species;
gender itself is much more fluid, and humankind isn’t just
made up of men and women anymore but sexes that
encompass traits (and body parts) of both.
Also, there’s sex. There’s a LOT of sex.
But beneath the utopian veneer, all is not well; least of all
in the city of Dos Vergas. Puritan terrorists driven mad with
unreleased lust plot to topple the government, insane
genetic experiments from unethical “doctors” lurk the
extensive sewer systems, and corrupt politicians looking
for the next handout (or handjob) all seek to undermine
the happy, horny status quo.

Welcome to Fuckworld.
Fuckworld is a tabletop RPG. An exceedingly dirty tabletop
RPG. We’re talking FATAL-levels of dirty, but hopefully
without the endless charts, skull-crushingly boring
mechanics, and straight-faced overseriousness. It’s
designed to be goofy and sexy at the same time, so don’t
get your panties in a bunch. The city of Dos Vergas can
be as seedy and hopeless as the lowest orange neon-
tinted slum or as clean and futurist as a capital space
station, but before we get to running the game, we’ve got
to make some characters. Now let’s get started.
Choose a Race:
Human: While Humanity has been irrevocably changed at
the DNA level by Ythornian bioforming, they still pretty
much look like Humans and are capable of Human stuff.
Ythornian: Ythornians are tentacle-wielding
extraterrestrial beings whose genetics have become
extremely malleable through centuries of experimentation.
Choose a Physical Gender:
Are you a guy, girl, or something else entirely? Here’s
where you choose. Note that when choosing a Gender,
Ythornians gain twice as many Members and Orifices as
Humans do except for Anuses. There’s no need to create
a second one of those.
 Male: You’re a dude. Nice. Gain the Mouth and
Anus Orifices, and the Penis Member.
 Female: You’re a girl. Nice. Gain Breasts, and the
Mouth, Vagina, and Anus Orifices.
 Femen: You look like a dude, but you have a
vagina. Nice. Gain the Mouth, Vagina, and Anus
orifices.
 Herm-Male: You’re a Hermaphrodite. Nice. Gain
Breasts, the Mouth and Anus Orifices, and the
Penis Member.
 Herm-Female: You’re a Hermaphrodite with a
pussy. Nice. Gain Breasts, the Mouth, Vagina,
and Anus Orifices, and the Penis Member.
 Blank: I’m not sure how this happened. Nice.
Gain the Mouth and Anus Orifices. Ythornians
cannot be Blank.
 Masculine: Your character has a manly body,
with proportions, muscles, and facial features
appropriate to your stature. Automatically
receive a Breast rating of 1 and add 1 to your
Strength stat.
 Feminine: Your character has a womanly body,
with wider hips and a more pronounced chest
area. Automatically increase your Bust rating by
1 and add 1 to your Agility stat.
 Androgynous: Your character encompasses
physical traits of both sexes displaying wide
hips but a small chest with a face that is
neither male nor female, but something
between both. Automatically receive a Breast
and Butt rating of 2 regardless of gender and
add 1 to your Sensuality stat.
Ythornian Builds:
 Humanoid: Your character has a body virtually
indistinguishable from a human’s except for
the green skin, lack of hair/protruding nose,
and odd eyes. Choose one Human build.
 Hybrid: Your character has a less physically-
coherent body, appearing more like a
Lovecraft-esque hybrid creature. Subtract an
Arm, gain a Tentacle Arm and an additional
Penis Member/Vagina Orifice depending on
your character’s Male/Female Gender.
 Pureblood: Your character has the form of a
true Ythornian, taking the shape of a Shuma-
Gorath-esque tentacle monster. Gain four
Tentacle Arms in place of your two Arms and
an additional two Penis Members/Vagina
Orifices depending on your character’s
Male/Female Gender.
Physical Stats: Breast Size Rating Butt Size Rating

However, you must roll an additional
3 Turn-Ons and you always count
as having 30 Lust Damage.
 Fuck Machine: Through training and possible
genetic manipulation, your character has
transformed themselves into fuck-hungry
predator always looking to bang anything that
moves. Requires Height Rating of 3 or greater,
Weight Rating of 3 or less, and Strength of 4 or
greater.
o Your strength training has paid off,
and every time you Grapple an
opponent, you may roll the die; on a
roll of 5 or 6 they are immediately
Held Down. However, due to your
ego, any Stuns on you last twice as
long.
Finally! Combat in Fuckworld is based around either
knocking out your opponent or fucking them into an
orgasmic haze. Firearms and other such ranged weapons
have been banned on Earth for decades, so all combat is
melee-oriented. At the beginning of combat, everyone
rolls a die including the GM, who rolls the die for every
character he/she is roleplaying; whoever has the highest
roll goes first. If more than one person/character has the
highest roll, they roll the die again until a winner has been
determined. Combat then begins as normal. When rolling
for any kind of Damage, simply roll one die and multiply it
by the modifier.
At the beginning of each turn, characters have three
options: Flirt, Attack, or Grapple.
 Flirting: the character does something sexy in
an attempt to reduce their opponent to a
horny, mindless mess. Flirting deals 3d6+(SNS)
Lust Damage to the opponent’s Lust. Flirting is
usually done by shaking whatever you’ve got,
but there are several non-traditional methods:
o Using bodily fluids (pre-cum,
lactation, etc.) to flirt with an
opponent inflicts 10 Lust Damage
the first time it’s used, with an
additional 10 Lust Damage each
time afterwards. For the SNS
modifier, use the PNS score for
precum, HAN score for lactation,
VAG score for vaginal lubrication,
and the ORL score for spit.
o Dirty Talk can be used to entice an
attacker as well; use the Flirter’s INT
score for the SNS modifier.
 Attacking: the character throws a punch or
kick in order to physically damage their
opponent and either knock them out or Stun
them, making a potential Grapple much easier.
Attacking deals 1d6+(STR) Physical Damage to
the opponent’s Stamina.
 Grappling: the character attempts to grab
their opponent either to make dealing damage
easier or to fuck them. Grappling requires the
attacker to roll 1d6+(STR) and the target to roll
1d6+(AGI). If the attacker’s roll is higher, the
target is Grappled. If the target’s roll is higher,
the Grapple is avoided. If the roll is a tie, a
Fuck-Off begins. If the opponent is Stunned,
the Grapple succeeds automatically.
 Dodging and Blocking: these actions can only
be taken defensively while being attacked by
another character. To Dodge, the target
makes a 1d6(+AGI) roll, while the attacker makes
an opposed 1d6(+STR) roll; if the target rolls
higher, the attack is dodged and the target
takes no damage. To Block, both the attacker
and target make opposed 1d6(+STR) rolls; if the
target rolls higher, they take 1/3rd of the total
attack damage rounded down. If the attacker
rolls higher, the target takes the full damage of
the attack, plus 2 additional points of damage
due to the block being broken.
Regina is being attacked by a Neon Slaver. Regina is flat as
a board but has an ass to die for (Rating 5) AND the
knowledge to use it (a score of 5 SNS), so she turns
around, grabs the wall, and wiggles like she’s trying to
make her ass fall off, dealing 3d6+5 Lust damage to the
Neon Slaver. She rolls a 6 for a total of 18, which climbs to
23 after the addition of her SNS bonus. She also rolled a 6
on her Damage roll, hitting the Sweet Spot and Stunning
the Neon Slaver. It’s certainly Regina’s lucky day, because
this Neon Slaver’s Turn-On happens to be big Butts (and
he cannot lie), which means that he also takes double
Lust damage from the flirt. When all the calculations have
been done, the Neon Slaver falls Stunned on his ass after
being hit with 46 Lust Damage, causing his cock to strain
visibly against his dirty, zipper-covered trousers.
Hitting the Sweet Spot/Weak Spot
During combat, rolling a 6 on a Flirt or an Attack has
special ramifications. If a 6 is rolled on a Flirt, the Sweet
Spot is hit and one of two things happens: if the Flirt
matches one of the opponent’s Turn-Ons, the opponent
is automatically Stunned for two turns. If the Flirt is not
one of the opponent’s Turn-Ons, he or she is still caught
off-guard, giving the attacker another opportunity for
another action.
If a 6 is rolled on an Attack, then the punch/kick/what-
ever has landed squarely where the opponent wished
that it did not, causing him/her to double over in pain,
taking double damage from the Attack and Stunning
them indefinitely. At the beginning of every turn after,
they may roll the die. On a roll of 3 or higher, they are no
longer Stunned, but must spend the rest of the turn
collecting themselves. On a roll of 2 or lower, they remain
Stunned, rolling around on the ground, doubled over in
agony.
Maybe Regina’s not so lucky, because the Neon Slaver has
caught up with her, his dick still waggling around
obscenely in his glowing junkyard armor. Coming out from
behind an outhouse, he Surprises Regina, leaving her
open to Attack. The Neon Slaver throws a punch and hits
Regina squarely in the jaw; he doesn’t hit very hard
though, because he only has a Strength stat of 1. He deals
1d6+1 damage and rolls…a 1, for a grand total of 2
damage, which brings Regina’s high Stamina down from 25
to 23. The punch hurts little more than a light slap, and
the Neon Slaver is visibly intimidated as Regina’s eyes
narrow.
Grappling an opponent (or getting grappled yourself)
opens up a whole new world of possibilities in Fuckworld; it
lets you take combat to a more intimate level, it lets you
go professional wrestling on their ass, and, perhaps most
importantly, it lets you get Fucking, although we’ll get to
that later. In Grappling and Fucking, the attacker is
referred to as the Dominant/Dom and the defender is
referred to as the Submissive/Sub. While Grappling, both
the Dom and the Sub have certain actions available to
them, only one of which they may take a turn.
The Dominant may:
 Fuck (channeled): the Dom fucks the Sub,
dealing Lust Damage to the Dom and Sub. See
the next section for more details.
 Hold Down (channeled): the Dom maneuvers
the Sub’s body into an easier-to-control
position, attaching a stacking -1 penalty each
turn to any attempt by the Sub to escape at
the cost of 2 Stamina per turn after the initial
use.
 Attack: sometimes you don’t want to fuck
somebody. Sometimes you just want to punch
them in the face. Repeatedly. The Dom hits the
Sub but only deals half of the 1d6+(STR)
damage rounded down.
 Throw: sometimes punching someone in the
face repeatedly isn’t enough. Sometimes you
want to German Suplex them through a
flaming table. This attack does 2d6+(STR)
damage and releases both combatants from
the Grapple. The Dom must stop Holding Down
the Sub in order to execute a Throw.
 Release: the Dom lets the Sub go. Why would
you do this?
The Submissive may:
 Escape: the Sub attempts to break out of the
Grapple. The Sub and Dom both roll 1d6+(STR);
if the Sub rolls higher, they push the Dom off. If
the Dom rolls higher, the escape is
unsuccessful. If the Sub is currently Held Down,
he/she must pass one Struggle test to break
from the Hold and a second one to break from
the Grapple completely.
 Attack: the Sub fights back against the Dom,
inflicting damage as if it were a regular combat
attack. The Sub cannot attack if Stunned or
being Held Down.
 Block: the Sub raises their arm, attempting to
block the Dom’s attack. This functions the
same way as blocking in regular combat.
 Reverse: the Sub attempts to turn the tables
on the Dom and take control of the situation.
The Sub and Dom both take opposing
1d6+(AGI) tests. If the Sub wins, he/she rolls the
Dom over, switching positions and causing the
new Sub to be Held Down. If the Dom wins, the
reverse was unsuccessful. The Sub may
attempt to reverse a Throw as well; the Dom
and the Sub take opposing 1d6+(AGI) tests. If
the Sub wins, the Dom takes 2d6+(STR)
damage instead of the Sub. If the Dom is
Stunned, a Reverse succeeds automatically.
Regina’s had about enough of this Neon Slaver and she
socks him right in the nose; she rolls a 5, dealing 10
damage because of her 5 STR rating, which knocks the
Slaver Stunned on his ass. Again.
Pain Threshold
During combat, if a single attack exceeds half its target’s
maximum Stamina, the target is Stunned for its next turn.
The Sub also has other options including the Grapple
options.
The meat, if you will, of Fuckworld combat is about fucking:
two mortals locked in an epic battle – and inside one
another. Fucking can only occur once an opponent has
been successfully Grappled. Lust Damage is dealt to both
the Dominant/Dom (attacker) and Submissive/Sub
(defender) based on their respective stats. Fucking is
considered a channeled action that takes place during
Grappling, so certain new actions become available while
Fucking.
In addition to the previous Grapple actions, the Dom may:
 Fuck: a sexual activity that deals 1d6+(SEX) Lust
Damage to the Dom and 3d6+(SEX) Lust
Damage to the Sub. The SEX modifier takes
the value of whichever orifice/member is/are
in use.
 Fellate: the Dom goes down on the Sub,
performing oral sex and dealing 1d6+(ORL) Lust
Damage to the Sub but no Lust Damage to
the Dom.
 Masturbate: a sexual activity that deals only
1d6+(HAN) Lust Damage to the Sub but no Lust
Damage to the Dom. If desired, the Dom may
Masturbate as many orifices as they have
hands, dealing further 1d6+(HAN) Lust Damage
for each area of stimulation.
 Change Position: the Dom repositions to take
advantage of a different part of the Sub’s
body. This reduces both the Dom and Sub’s
Lust Damage by 5. This MUST be performed
when switching between Fucking, Fellating,
and Masturbating.
 Mouthfuck: the Dom rams the Sub’s mouth
onto his/her organ, forcing the Sub to fellate
the Dom. This deals 3d6+(ORL) Lust Damage to
the Dom and 2d6+(SEX) Damage to the Sub’s
Stamina.
 Kiss: the Dom locks lips with the Sub, further
increasing the sensuality of the experience.
The Dom rolls 1d6+(ORL) while the Sub makes a
1d6+(INT) roll against it. If the Dom wins, the Sub
is Stunned until the following turn. If the Sub
wins, the Dom finds themselves turned on
instead, taking 1d6+(ORL) Lust Damage from the
Sub that turn.
 Stimulate (channeled): at the cost of 2 Stamina
per turn after the initial cast, the Dom can
further stimulate the Sub with his/her hands,
dealing 1d6+(HAN) Lust Damage.
 Stimulate: the Sub attempts to get the Dom off
faster using their hands, dealing 1d6+(HAN) Lust
Damage to the Dom. The Sub cannot use this
if Held Down.
 Kiss: the Sub locks lips with the Dom, trying to
catch the aggressor off-guard in a tender
moment. The Sub rolls 1d6+(ORL) while the Dom
makes a 1d6+(INT) roll against it. If the Sub wins,
the Dom is Stunned until after the following
turn. If the Dom wins, the Sub finds themselves
turned on instead, taking 1d6+(ORL) Lust
Damage from the Dom that turn.
Reversing While Fucking
If the Sub successfully reverses while being Fucked,
he/she gets an additional action that same turn along
with the other results.
As the Neon Slaver hits the ground, stars and tweety birds
circling ‘round his head, his rusty zipper finally gives way
and his 8-inch cock, still hard, flops free. Regina is pretty
worked up by now, and decides that instead of running
off like a smart person, it would be an awful pity to leave a
dick like that unfucked. Without another word, she tears
her pants off and hops on top of the Slaver, who is still
Stunned. She immediately Holds him Down, hell-bent on
making sure he doesn’t get away. The Slaver, still stunned
from her punch, can’t even struggle. On her next turn,
Regina begins to bounce up and down on the Slaver’s
cock, dealing 1d6+(the Slaver’s experienced cock rating of
4) Lust Damage to herself and 3d6+(her relatively
inexperienced VAG rating of 2) to the Neon Slaver as he
regains consciousness and moans underneath her. She
spends 2 Stamina to maintain the Hold (reducing her
Stamina from 23 to 21) and rolls a 4 and a 5 respectively,
making the total 9 Lust Damage to herself and 17 Lust
Damage to the Neon Slaver, whose total Lust Damage
rises to 63. The Neon Slaver, suddenly not feeling so hot
about the idea of rape, attempts to push Regina off of
him; he rolls 1d6+(1) with a roll of 1+(-1), and Regina rolls a
1d6+(5) with a roll of 2. Regina’s result of 7 utterly crushes
the Neon Slaver’s result of 1, which was reduced by 1
because of his Held Down status. Grinding her hips and
moaning with ecstasy, Regina continues to fuck the Neon
Slaver, dealing 8 and 11 Lust Damage respectively, bringing
her total to 17 and his to 74. The Slaver then attempts to
escape again and rolls a 4 this time, but it suffers a -2
penalty this time because he’s been Held Down for two
turns (costing Regina another 2 Stamina), making his result
of 3 lose again to Regina’s result of 4.
Vigorous Fucking
After two turns of fucking, if the Sub has not been able to
escape from the Dominant and the Dom remains in the
same position, the Dom begins to work into a rhythm and
causes Vigorous Damage, which doubles the SEX bonus
added to the dice roll.
Regina begins to bounce up and down like a jackhammer
while the Neon Slaver groans incoherently, feeling himself
pulled over the edge. Regina rolls a 4 for the Slaver and a
2 for herself; she takes 4 Lust Damage and the Neon attempts a Reversal, rolling 4 for a final result of 13. The
Slaver takes Vigorous Damage, causing the total of 12 to boys, being teenagers, are both relatively quick on their
