I. INTRODUCTION

Themed-parks are known to be love by the young and old. It attracts and touches everyone’s heart. It
even leaves a smile on each individual after every visit. In addition to that, they also take home blissful
memories.

One of the objective of every theme park is to give an element of surprise and delight to customers
every now and then. However, these surprise and new delights means adding up more ride, attraction,
improving the system, having an expansion that leads to increase of attraction price fee.

Manila Ocean Park is the country’s first world-class marine theme park and a premier educational
facility, as it is known for being able to combine fun and learning. It is also an integrated urban resort
with marine life attraction and aqua-themed hotel.

Manila Ocean Park is known to be catering upper to middle class going to the lower class market.
