INTRODUCTION:

Depression is one of the reasons why a person commits suicide, it affects the individual
performances of students, students in grade 10 are depressed lightly but it can be fought, the
highest cause of depression is, bullying, a lot of homeworks, relationship problems, and how
grades can be pursued and that is the common thing caused by depression. There is a symptoms
of having a depression, one is the losing interest on anything or anyone.

And my opinion is Depression is like common disorder in the present although, this
depression can cause you to have anxiety. Depression is serious mental disorder and most
students take it by little. Furthermore, it is arguably the most reasonable cause of constant
loss of lives. Despite of Its serious effects, students think like it’s not a bad thing at all, To
avoid depression, I think we should not only be positive but we should also consider our
mental health which can lead to mental breakdown.

By far, Based on my analysis and research, No one in Grade 10 on Kaunlaran Highschool,

died because of depression. And that is a good thing to hear indeed on my case. But we
should take care of our mental health in order to protect ourselves from the loss of learning
interest.

The purpose of this paper is give awareness of your own mental health, and also give you
the exact meaning of depression. To let them know that the Grade 10 students is just a
beginning of their journey to graduation. And how to avoid or stop depression.
