and last beyond the early school age until they grow up, they might have trouble coming to
school or even going to friends houses student's bwith anxiety disorder may show symptoms that
fit into one or more of these troubles, have trouble concentrating in class or completing class
works, feel self concious and avoid certain situation, may need to work with a school counselor
or theraphic.
There are a lot of cases of anxiety from children To adult's bur mostly are students, like
mike is a 20 year old who is depressed and is experiencing is a significant amount of stress about
school. He spends much of his day in his dorm room playing video games and has a hard time
identifying what if anything is enjoyable in a typical day. Where in he rarely attend to class and
has avoided reaching out to his proffesors. Mike has always been a self described shy person and
has a very small and cohesive group of friends from elementary through high school. When he
began college he has a hard time concentrating on the interaction because he always worry about
what they will thimk of him. He assumed that they will find him dumb, boring or a loser. This
example already tells how anxiety make one life suffer.

Anxiety is common among college students but that doesn't mean you have to take it
lying down. Getting involved in school activities, making new friends, and leaning on your loved
ones can help. reaching out to a campus counselor or local therapist who can suggest coping
strategies or treatment according to healthline. The researcher find more information on how to
cope with anxiety students needs to keep physical active by doing exercise it reduces level of the
body's stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol, it also stimulates the production of
endorphins. Chemicals in the brain that are the body's natural painkillers and mood elevators.
Avoiding alcohol, alocohol is a reinforce of anxiety as it make worsen the depresion and

it difficult to relax. When one person haven't had a cigarette for a while, they experience
withdrawal symptoms like iniritability, poor concentration and cravings. stress management and
relaxation techniique Like having zumba or meditation make sleep priority and eat healthy food.
The researcher mentioned the things that students in modern generation usually Do that can
trigger anxiety to attack. Even a loner student no one can recognize What is going on inside their
minds. There may be loner students cam stay as a loner and introvert, but there are loner students
that can not be judge based on what is unexpected action they do.
Consequently, mental illness has become the third mkst common disability in the
philippines, wherein six million filipinos live with depression and anxiety. Because of this, the
country has the third highest rate of mental disorder in the western pacific. Among Filipino
Children aged 5 to 15, 10% to 15% are affected by mental health problems. According to the
world health organization (WHO), 16.8% of Filipino students aged 13 to 17 have attempted
suicide at least once within a year tge 2015 global school-based student health survey. When the
pandemic hits its also gives anxiety attack to many people especially to students, that make every
single life of a student change. That also makes their communication skills less in a reason that
they need to stay inside the house for safety. The Philippine mental health burden has increased,
with 35.89% of the filipino population exhibiting moderate to severe amxiety symptoms during
the COVID-19 pandemic. Finding back up research that shows that lockdowns and the shift to
online learning That students are experiencing will lead to psychological issues like frustration,
stress, and depression, especially among those without pre-existing mental health conditions who
have become increasingly socially isolated. Factors including social restriction, low self rated
health, poor sleep quality, higher percieved stress load, less family support, and unsteady family
income are associated with decreasing mental health. Pandemic may also the reason why loner
student became loner up until their present time in a reason that they need to stay inside their
houses with no one to talk epecially when their Parents are busy with their works online and they
are only child, that makes them feel alone.

The department of health (DOH) expressed alarm over mental health cases in eastern
visayas with men belonging to the working class comprising the majority of the patients. DOH
eastern visayas regional director Minerva Molon said about 60% of those who sought
consulation in government clinics in recent years are males who are adolescent intil 60 years old.
"We are concern because most of those males suffering mental health disorder are breadwinnirs
of their families" Molon said in an interview tuesday. Since 2012, government mental health
experts in the region have been examining about 1000 patients a year. While anxiety is a
common and normal reaction to stress, anxiety disorders can distrupt students. Surveyed said
anxiety negatively impacted their performance in class during the last 12 months. For some
children, the fear and worry associated with school anxiety are related to a specific cause, such as
being bullied or having a bad experience at school. For others, the anxiety may be more general
and related to social or performance anxiety. Students can adopt problems that causes anxiety
attack to them. They can get either in society or in school.
