Our Objectives and Goals

our company and this internship is the
first experimental case for us.

foreign students and come up with a new
point of view that Japanese people would

Content
(1)Office Experience (7Days)
- Experiencing ICT tools.(kintone, teachmebiz etc.)
- Collecting ICT tool information, making reports.
- Discussions
etc.

(2)Training Camp (3Days)

- Joining the introduction training with 49 new
employees entering Entetsu Group from April.
- Business manners, basic working skills,
working simulations, etc.

Recruitment Process
(1)Program Eligibility
- Language Skills : JLPT N3 as well or better.
*This program will be held in Japanese.
- Must participate all 10 Days.

Mar.18 Basic lecture of “RPA(Robotic Process Automation)”.

Mar.19 Creating your original RPA.

Discussion with associates about “Comparison and future
Mar.24 of ICT growth in Japan and your home country”.
Making a report of the office experience.

About “kintone” https://kintone.cybozu.co.jp/

A cloud service providing non-programmed simple application

creation. It is useful to gather and share information, help going
paperless. Also it makes it possible to work anywhere with a PC.

About “teachmebiz”

A tool that can easily create an operation manual with videos and
subtitles. Using video manuals makes it easier to understand to all
employees. You can also watch it from your phone.

A system/robot that learns and automates routine tasks people

does on the PC. Creating time for humans to work on tasks that
only humans can do.
