Status: (C) – REVISE AND RESUBMIT

1.Add the Logo of Meinhardt (the MEP Consultant) to the Material Submittal
Form received from the Sub-Contractor.

2.Submit only 1 Soft Copy + 1 Hard Copy of Each Material Submittal.

3.Hawker’s Asian Restaurant is omitted. Please refer to the Workshop

conducted on 01.07.2019. No review is undertaken for all the related
items.

4.All the Custom Items are not submitted. The outstanding items are
required to be submitted ASAP.

5.For the repeated items, don’t provide repeated copies of the Catalogues.
Just add multiple Item Numbers in the Front Page.

6.Material Submittal shall include Complete and Detailed Information of all

proposed Equipment to be incorporated in the Works. Detailed
Descriptions and Specifications, Catalogue Cut Outs, Installation Data,
Diagrams, Dimensions, Controls, and any other Data required to
demonstrate compliance with the Project Specification shall be
submitted. Manufacturer’s Dimensional Drawings/Brochure are not
enough to accurately judge the Proposed Products. Contractor to
comply.

7.Highlight all the proposed Model/s and the offered Options in the
submitted Catalogues/Technical Data Sheets/Brochures.

8.Many of the proposed Manufacturers are not per the Tender Documents.
Justification is required.

9.Many of the Proposed Products are from non-Specified Vendors. Provide

Technical Comparison between the Specified and the Proposed
Products. Refer to Conditions of Tendering and Instructions to Tenderer
item #11 & Annex B6 (Food Service Equipment Manufacturers
considered Equal or Acceptable as Alternatives).

10. Some of the proposed Models are from the Specified Vendor but are
not the specified Models. Accessories are not Complete as specified.
Justification is required.

11. Items Number LAT-LB-019, LAT-LB-020 & LAT-LB-032 are not a Spare
Numbers. Equipment are required to be submitted.
