head, body & legs:
1. Chain 16 of the yarn you want the bunny to be (I'm
using brown)
2. Work 2sc in the 2nd chain from hook, then 13sc.
Then, work 2sc in next, then 13sc (here, you're
working along the bottom of the starting chain) (30).
3-11. Sc in each stitch around (30).
Now is a good time to put in the eyes and sew on the
mouth and nose (Fig. 1). Note that the stitch marker
is on the left - this will help you determine where to
start the skirt.
4. Sc in each stitch around 24 times, and move your
stitch marker. It should now be about centered in the Fig. 1
back.
5. In back loops only, sc in each stitch around (30).
6-9. Sc in each stitch around (30).
10. Sc in each stitch around 13 times. Including the last
stitch, count 8 back. In the 8th stitch back, sc once to
make a hole of 8 stitches. This will make the first leg (Fig.
2).
11-17. Sc in each stitch around (8).
Here, you should put stuffing in the leg.
18. (Sc2tog) * 4, tie off. This completes the first leg.
19. To start the second leg, count 7 stitches away from the
first leg, and the next 8 stitches after that you will stitch in
to make the second leg. I marked off where the second
leg should be with a stitch marker (Fig. 3). Here, sc in the
8 stitches, and then attach.
20-26. Sc in each stitch around (8).
Here, you should put stuffing in the leg.
Fig. 2
27. (Sc2tog) * 4, tie off. This completes the second leg.
Now, stuff the rest of the bunny through the hole left, and
then sew it shut.

skirt:
1. Attach the yarn you want the skirt to be to the front
loops row of the bunny (I'm using green). Sc in each
stitch around (30).
2-6. Sc in each stitch around (30).
I usually end the skirt here, so it looks like a miniskirt, but
you can add more rows if you want to make it longer.
When you're done, tie off and sew in the loose ends.

arms (2):
1. Make 6 sc in a ring.
2-6. Sc in each stitch around (6).
When done, tie off.

ears (2):
1. Make 6 sc in a ring.
2. 2sc in each stitch around (12).
3-8. Sc in each stitch around (12).
When done, tie off.

assembly:
1. Sew on the arms on both sides, just above where the skirt starts.
2. Sew on the ears right at the top of the head.
3. Sew on any beads or buttons you want on the skirt, or on the ears for earrings.
