Mini Project

4MBA02: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Team Constitution
 I have formed the teams assigning five students in the fashion, serial number
1,3,5,7,9 (Team 1), 2,4,6,8,10 (Team 2) and so on except the last team which
I have used my discretion depending upon the number of students in the
class.
 The student in the middle (bolded and shaded) has been designated as the
team leader. The team leader is responsible for coordination among the team
and also liaising with me (the course faculty).
 This does not mean that the team leader has to do everything. He/she only
represents the team. It is expected that the team is cohesive, work with each
other equitably to deliver what is expected from them. If a team member is not
contributing to the team, the team member will be penalised accordingly.
 The team is expected to adhere to the time schedule.
