Topic: Racial segregation in the USA in the 1960s

Task description:

Our school has a cooperation agreement with different schools in the USA. You
have been selected to share all what you have learned about modern history of the
USA with an American e-pal who is studying the same content as you, before
taking a final test. For doing so, you are writing a review e-mail.

Instructions:
In your review e-mail, you list and describe the main events of the civil right
struggles in the USA during the 1960s. At the end, include a brief personal opinion
about the impact of the these events in the American history. Use the simple past
tense for the events, and the simple present tense for the personal opinion. Write
between 180 and 220 words.
Your text will be assessed in the following areas: sentence structure, vocabulary,
content, spelling, text structure, and style.
