First Grade for Your e-portfolio - 15% of the CLAC

Due date: March 5th, 2020 (Tuesday at 6PM)

If you do not upload your work until the due date, I will not check your work.

File name: e_portfolio_reflection1_Lastname_Name

Instructions: During at least two times in the semester (one by the sixth week and one before the end
of the semester), I will go over some specific parts of your portfolio and provide a grade on the
quality of the work you have there and the progress of your Language Assessment Literacy (LAL).

Part one: In addition to the tasks you have done so far (see course syllabus and CLAC folder), write a
three-paragraph reflection text in which you answer these questions:

1. How have the tasks made you aware of language assessment? What specific areas have you
become aware of?
2. Based on the feedback you have received along the way on your e-portfolio and in class, what
specific areas of your LAL need improvement and how do you plan to improve them?
3. Explain how the work on your language assessment e-portfolio has had an impact on your
professional development as a language teacher.
Upload this reflection in your e-portfolio with this file name:
e_portfolio_reflection1_Lastname_Name

Part two: I will also check the tasks you have done in class and that are on your e-portfolio.

I will use these criteria to come up with a grade for your LAL e-portfolio.

Note: Please paste this rubric at the bottom of your reflection, so I can provide the grade.
