    NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
    PARC RIVIERA – Building E

    Things TO DO to prevent
    leaks/blockages
     Always shut off all water valves in your suite when away;
     Main water valve in the bedroom or entry closet
     kitchen/bathroom sinks
     toilet
     washing machine
     If leak happens, immediately shut off all valves in suite;
     Change to steel-braided supply hoses when doing suite
    upgrades;
     Keep dishwasher drain traps clean;
     Use drain traps in sink drains to catch hair, food scraps,
    etc.;
     Do not flush the following down the drains or toilets:
    Grease, fat, oil, coffee grounds, food scraps, produce
    stickers, cat litter, cotton balls, hair, baby wipes, dental
    floss, disposable contact lens, sanitary liners, pads,
    tampons or paper towels or tissues.
