University graduation day is awaited day for majority of student who manage to end up their
study with flying colors. The excitement will drive them to make a preparation as soon as possible.
The point started when each graduate to-be (GTB) is compulsory to get into the flow of graduation
procedure before officially hold the scroll. Therefore, they must download the convocation form to
complete the details. However, the current procedure is inefficient. The completed form will pass
out to four pits-stop Centre which are Academic Development and Quality Department(ADQD),
library, finance and robe section phase by phase. Possibility the GTB in a waiting list mode at a
time which GTB available each of section but the person in charge don't. It creates pending time
while GTB can put an effort to do other activities. Therefore, TATIUC Web Based Graduation
Management System will be an alternative for better improvement. The system able to reduce
pending time through information management approached. Based on the system the GTB can
complete the graduation procedure within a day. The methodology and process flow to-be also
discussed. This web-based information management system significant to prove that TATIUC in
line with latest technology and replace the current version corresponding with an efficient
procedure.
