HS Daily Schedule 

8:40 – 9:00: (K) Write date on date card (With Kayla’s class at desk, working on following
directions, and calendar skills, today, yesterday, tomorrow) 

9:00 – 9:10: (K) Whole group calendar (With Kayla’s class, working on attending, raising hand) 

9:10 – 9:20: (K) Whole group word study on carpet (With Kayla’s Class, working on sounds,
words, following directions) 

9:20 – 9:30: (A) Phonics/phonological awareness (Para will pull her out to the hall) 

9:30 – 9:50: (A) Snacks (in Mrs. Katie’s room) 

9:50 – 10:35:  

Monday: library & pe, every other week. 

T-F: (A) Groups in M/M 

10:35 – 10:50: 

M, W-F: (A) Recess (Para will work on building relationships, playing with peers, taking
turns, asking questions, ext.) 

Tuesday: BTS art / Counselor / Meet the Master (til 11:15 -> striaght to Tier 2) 

10:50 – 11:00: 

M, W-F: (A) PSF/FSF (Para will Pull out for First Sound Fluency, and Phoneme
Segmentation lessons in hall) 

Tuesday: (K) finishing art 

11:00 – 11:10 

M, W-F: (K) Read aloud with Kayla’s class (attending, responding to book, raising hand,
quiet mouth, sitting down).  

Tuesday: (K) finishing art 

11:10 – 11:20: (A) Writing/OT goals (Para will work on this in hall) 

11:20 – 11:40: 
Monday: (K) DEAR time 

T-F: (K) Tier 2- will go to Sophie’s room and do Tier 2 with her if it is on her level do it. If
not, you can have her do other things relating to the lesson at that table that are
on her level. IF NO TEIR 2 GROUPS (Para will work with Hope 10 mins on math
and 10 mins on reading in the hall, working on directed reading program, and
math IEP goals) 

11:40 – 11:50: 

M, W-F: (A) Put timer on and do math game on iPad (Number School) 

Tuesday: (K) Read aloud with Kayla’s class (attending, responding to book, raising hand,
quiet mouth, sitting down). 

11:50 – 12:10: (A) Waterford (Para assist to keep her on task using guided access) 

12:10 – 1:05: (A) Lunch 

1:05 – 1:15: (K) Math whole group review with Kayla’s class (K) (assist in keeping her on task) 

1:15 – 1:35: (A) Pull out in the hall and work on math IEP goals (M, W, F)/ Life skills (T, Th)  

1:35 – 1:45: (K) Modified math game with class (Kayla will help you to know how to modify it)   

1:45 – 1:55: (A) Math game on iPad (Math Blocks)/ Letter Schools 

1:55 – 2:40:  

Monday: (A) Bring Hope to Katie’s room to fill out tracker. If she got it 4/4, give rewards.
If she did not get free time, Hope will do boring work. Return and prep to go home. 

T-F: (A) Specials (PE2, Library, PE1, Music) 

2:40 – 3:00: (A) Bring Hope to Katie’s room to fill out tracker. If she got it 4/4, give rewards. If
she did not get free time, Hope will do boring work. 

3:00 – 3:20: (A) Jobs in Kayla’s class (take out trash, put all of the lunch cards back in the
pockets to their matching numbers  

3:20: (A) Go to the gym, then walk to the flag pole if it is warm to wait for mom. If it is cold, wait
in front of the office.

(A) = Special Ed team. 

On Thursdays 10:50 – 11:45, Hope has OT and PT.
