"Ian is performing as can be expected at this stage in his internship. He converses on par with students, maintains all routines
with respect to student safety and is professional with all other school staff." (Mills, MacKendrick & Demmings) "Being that it is
so early into the program, Ian was given a rating of 'Target' in the category of classroom routines and expectations. Not
because he is not able to perform to expectations in this category, it is because it is still too early for him to be maintaining
