PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

From August 2019- Till date


Presently working with Pramerica Life Insurance Co. as Zonal Operations Head (East).

Am based out of Kolkata & responsible for overall co-ordination across support functions including
Human Resources, Branch Operations, Field Training, Field Marketing, Business Reporting and
facilities administration from a regulatory and compliance point of view. Liaiseing with the
Functional heads to drive activities and drive strategic projects across these functions.. Establish
stringent reviews to ensure that field support staff are performing to their assigned objectives and
are aligned on key performance metrics/goals for the channel. Act as the primary manager for the
Zonal Support spocs of functions such as Human Resources, Operations, Training, Marketing,
Reporting and Administration.

Got the ONUS award in 2014 for outstanding contribution to Customer Centricity, where
I was handling few new projects wrt Customer centricity for PAN India.

Was instrumental in getting Bhubaneswar branch ISO certified.


I am an ISO certified Auditor.

Apart from the core activities, I was responsible for driving the Renewals for PAN India
& was also monitoring the dispatch of policy kits for PAN India.

I was instrumental in implementing the Risk management at all the branches &
minimizing the Claims for East Zone.
