E-Pass request by Citizen

1. App Download
 Search for “RSMP” in Play Store
 Click on “Install” button

 Register your mobile number and validate with OTP received on this number

 Select “Citizen” option in “Select your segment” radio buttons
 Click on “COVID-19” as shown below

 Click on “ePass Ind.” button
 Now click on “EPASS aavedan”

 Fill all the details in the given form and click on “Submit”

 Validate with the OTP received on registered Mobile number and the request
shall be submitted for approval to concern authority

The verifying authority need to access the Admin Panel by using this URL :

https://rsmp.online/cldpass/#/login

The approving Authority (i.e. For Individual Passes the Head of District Control Room) is mapped as
approving authority. He can log in with his SSO ID or Mobile No in this admin console.

He can take action by clicking on view. He has options to update 2 information's Pass Validity dates
and the Travel/Pass Type.

Admin User had 2 options either to Approve or Reject. As soon as action is taken the applicant get
notification via SMS and in the App.

The PDF of pass may be downloaded from the App and from the link mentioned in the SMS.

The QR Code of the Pass May be scanned to check its validity.
