1. Memo is a short message, a message written by someone with a short, clear, and easy to
understand. According to its use, there are official memos and ready to use (unofficial). The
official memo is used as a letter of approval in an official relationship from a leader to his
subordinates. Personal likes are used as memorandum or informal agreement between friends,
relatives, or other people who have a close relationship.
2. The menu is a list of commands of a software (program) which if executed will run a certain
command from the application. The menu is used as an alternative to the command line
interface. The choices given by the menu can be selected using the cursor or user interface.
3. Timetable is a achieving one goal there must be several strategies, one of the things that is
meant by that strategy is by making a time table. This time table serves to push us closer to
the goal. In working for the team this time table function is very necessary. This time table
serves as a reminder and a deadline step by step plan.
4. Schedule is a time sharing based on a work order arrangement plan; a list or table of activities
or planned activities with a detailed division of implementation time.
5. Traffic signs are one of the road equipment which can be in the form of symbols, letters,
numbers, sentences or a combination of which serve as a warning, prohibition, order or
direction for road users.
6. Stop sign is a signaling stop or danger sign.

real objects, such as crosses (Christian symbols) and sticks (which symbolize wealth and
power). Symbols can be in the form of colors or patterns. Symbols are often used in poetry
and other types of literature, mostly used as metaphors or parables. National symbols are
symbols for certain countries.
