Can the PanelView Plus 6 700 - 1500 be downgraded to older firmware?

Answer
Yes, all PanelView Plus 6 terminals can be upgraded and downgraded.

The oldest version available on the Product Compatibility & Download Center
(https://compatibility.rockwellautomation.com/Pages/MultiProductSelector.aspx?crumb=111) is 7.00.

If you are going to downgrade a panel with version 10.00 or later, review the technote 1083466 - PanelView
Plus 6 terminals boot to the Windows CE desktop after a firmware downgrade
(//rockwellautomation.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1083466).

PanelView Plus 6 400 / 600 with 7.0 firmware cannot be downgraded to 6.xx. The same would be true for
Panelview Plus 6 Compact terminals.

PanelView Plus 6 with firmware 6.00 or later cannot be downgraded to versions 5.10 and older, because
hardware differences.
