That was a great opportunity to completed my industrial attachment with Food &
Beverage (Production) department from 5 star “Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resort” as that
was a part of “Professional Certificate Course in Food & Beverage Production”. This great
opportunity gives me the chance to learn all practical production meters in each and every
sectors very closely.

Duties:

1. Assist chef to prepare Thai, Chinese, Continental, Indian and Bangla food.
2. Help butcher chef in daily works.

3. Assist cool kitchen chef to make side dish, salad and curbing.

4. Assist bakery and pastry chef to make bakery products and pastry.

5. Make sure to clean in the kitchen every day.
