DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1- Effectively manage the Operation, Consults with clients to plan and determine event requirements, including
number of guests and size of venue.
2-Discusses menu choices and associated costs with clients.
3-Collaborates with chef regarding special items to be added to the menu. Oversees preparation of the venue for
the event.
4-Sets up and arranges tables and chairs, serving stations, lines, tableware, serveware, and silverware.
5-Manage Operation with passion ,integrity and knowledge while promoting the culture and value of the Silo..
6-Provide direction to shift leaders and staff to achieve restaurant goals .
7- Manage all the aspects of F&B to meet and exceed standards in Food quality,safety ,hygiene & cleanliness .
8-Intracting with the guest regularly, greeting them & addressing their complaints, assist in conducting staff
daily pre-shift meetings.
9-Identify employee weakness and retain as necessary, Ensure the guest feedback to be taken to know the guest
expectation.
