Academic To achieve growth, I developed higher order thinking questions for rigorous activities that require

previous assessments, my approaches increased from 43 to 54. Students at meets increased from 9
to 20, and students who mastered the assessment increased from 1 to 11. Currently I am at 51
approaches, 28 meets, and 15 masters after the district’s Snapshot 2.
