Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are similar in many ways,
as they are both used to increase the overall profitability of a business. These systems overlap in some areas, and
can be completely integrated in others. Salesforce has native integrations with the two largest ERP vendors,
Oracle and SAP. CRM software helps companies to manage customer interaction and customer data, automate
marketing, sales, and customer support, access business information, and manage partner, vendor, and employee
relationships.
