my name is Lina Marcela Molina Castañeda.
2. Where do you live?
I live in Medellin, in San Antonio de Prado.
3. Tell me about yourself, how old are you with whom you live?
I am thirty one years old, I live with my husband and with my three year old son, I love them
very much.
4. What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to read love novels and fantasy stories, I like to go for a walk with my family.
5. What work experience do you have?
My experience is as a commercial advisor in the financial area and as a credit analyst, for
more than 5 years.
6. Why should we hire you in this company?
I am an honest, respectful and persevering person, I consider myself a woman very capable
of achieving the proposed objectives and I will surely work with pleasure and love to help
the company move forward.
7. What is your biggest flaw ?
My biggest flaw is that I am anxious sometimes I like to get ahead of situations and want to
solve everything in the shortest possible time.
8. Tell me about a time in your work life when you made a mistake, how did you solve
it?
I made a mistake in an air reservation, in the position of assistant manager, I took the data
and made the reservation to a different city than the one indicated, because in the airline they
had 2 cities with the same name, the good thing was that I realized of the error because I
looked at some previous air tickets with which the chief had traveled and the city code was
different, faced with the situation, canceled that erroneous reservation, called the bank,
reversed the transaction in the account and was able to make a correct reservation and comply
with my boss's itinerary.
