Job Interview questions

1. Could you tell me about yourself and describe your background in brief?
I’m Syahla Syakira Irawan. I am the best graduate from Padjadjaran University majoring in
Pharmacy with gpa 3,89. I’ve been working as a pharmacist at a small chemists for 3 years and
my duties included drug service on a doctor's prescription and making medicine. I have always
been interested in medicine which was why I chose to follow this career path.
2. How did you hear about this position?
I heard that your company is quite good. So I learned about the position through website as I’ve
been following your company’s page for a while now, then decided to join your company.
3. What type of work environment do you prefer?
I prefer peaceful, quiet environment but still can work in the opposite of what i prefer. i also
prefer an environment that active in communicating so that i can get to know my co workers
better.
4. How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?
I try to react to situations rather than to stress. That way, I can handle the situation without
becoming too stressed. For example, when I deal with an unsatisfied customer, rather than
focusing on feeling stressed, I focus on the task at hand. I believe my ability to communicate
effectively with customers during these moments helps reduce my own stress. I think it also
reduces any stress the customer may feel.
5. Do you prefer working independently or on a team?
I enjoy to work independently because I can focus more on what I am doing.

6. When you’re balancing multiple projects, how do you keep yourself organized?
first thing first i’d take a note either on my phone or laptop of all the projects. then i choose
which is more important and organize it based on the deadlines. then i start to work on the
project. i always have 2 device or more for example my Pc and laptop so i can multitask easier.
7. What did you do in the last year to improve your knowledge?
Over the last year, I’ve been learning concocting new drugs, to improve knowledge about
medicine and become a better pharmacist
8. What are your salary expectations?
Depends on where i work and what city, because in some cities the living cost can be so
expensive and in some other cities the living cost is cheap. if i work in bandung the minimum
work wage is around 5 million, and the living cost is quite expensive so i wanted my wage to be
around 6-8 million to be able to fulfill the living cost, invest, and spend some money on my self
so i can be motivated to work harder
9. Are you applying for other jobs?
I haven’t planned to apply for other jobs because I want to focus on applying for this position.
10. From your resume it seems you took a gap year. Would you like to tell us why that was?
