1- Plan
• Review the situation, market research and industry analysis
• interview customers, vendors and prospects. Feedback on positive and
negative
• Set objectives and target goals for a specific time and set a monthly oto's
target
• check the sales materials
• develop social media and other marketing support
• Establish relationships with vendors, competitors, industry watches,
prospects and customers

2-Approach
• initiate marketing/ sales campaings(phone, appointments,direct email,
adv,...)
• Follow a dual approach, one to target existing clients and second to target
potential clients
• Contact and Meet the top 10 spenders client outside or inside the
boutique, built a relationship and discover each clients needs
• loyalty program for existing clients helps ( launch 1 month before public
launch for existing clients) loyalty program is a good approach to get the
chance to own before everyone else
• Set an appropriate program for the potential clients: maybe offering a golf
club membership for 6 months, special birthday gift, brand experience,
• special visit to MONTBLANC factories,...

3-Communication
• Communicate with clients and improve their shopping experience

4-Close the sale
