In this file, you have to create the script or dialogue for your “job interview”.
Example: one member of the group (the employer) asks questions to one
candidate for the job (candidate 1), he asks the same questions to the other
candidate (candidate 2) at the same time. In parentheses write the location.
Example:
The employer: Welcome to “RMA Company”, it’s a pleasure to have you here, I’ll
make you some questions to both of you and at the end I’ll decide who will get the
job.
Now, make your script or dialogue. The text must contain 200 words at least.
Use simple present in most of the dialogue. Do not add pictures.
-The employer: Welcome to "Virgin Company", it’s a pleasure to have you here, I
will make you some questions to both of you and at the end I will decide who will
get the Customer Service job.
-Candidate 1: I’m really good at listening to people, working under pressure and I
like things done with excellence.
-Candidate 2: I’ve worked for 1 year in Customer Service and I’ve always enjoyed
helping people.
-Candidate 1: I have a hard time staying organized. But I learned how to do it.
Thanks to a good time management system, I’m always able to keep my tasks up
to date.
-Candidate 2: I often spend too much time on a particular task. But I realized that
by delegating some tasks we are always able to meet the deadlines.
-The employer: Why did you leave your last job?
-Candidate 1: I’m looking for new challenges. I’m looking for a job where I can
grow with the company.
-Candidate 2: I feel I wasn’t able to show my talents. I’m looking for a job that suits
my qualifications.
-Candidate 2: When I read your job offering, I saw that you were looking for a
person with experience in Customer Service.
-The employer: Thank you for your time. Could I please have your e-mail in case I
need to ask you any further questions?
-Candidate 1: Of course.
