Candidate 1 (Following the rules): I have been working as a customer service representative for
the past three years at Martina’s Company. In my role, I have assisted customers with their
inquiries, resolved issues, and maintained a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate 2 (Not following the rules): I worked at Bordados S.A., but nothing exciting. I mostly
just did the bare minimum and they didn’t pay me very well.

Interviewer 1: (nombre del candidato 1) can you share an example of a challenging customer
service situation you encountered and how you handled it?

Candidate 1 (Following the rules): Certainly! One challenging situation I faced was when we
had a dissatisfied customer who had a complicated issue with their order. I actively listened to
their concerns, empathized with their frustration, and assured them that we would resolve the
problem as quickly as possible. I collaborated with the team to find a suitable solution and kept
the customer informed throughout the process, ensuring a positive resolution.

Candidate 2 (Not following the rules): I don't know, I've dealt with angry customers before, but
it's not my fault if they can't figure things out.

that pays well.
