 Do you know what jobs you will have to do in the Business Professionals position you
apply for?

Step 3: Ask a question to verify candidate information

In this step, the enterprise simply evaluates the candidate's profile.


To better understand the candidate and the candidate's credibility with the employer.
 First, tell us a little bit about yourself?
 Why did you choose Viettel more specifically than the Business Professionals role at
Viettel?
 Can you tell me about your goals for the next 5 years?
 Have you ever argued with a colleague? How did you solve it?

Step 4: Ask questions to assess the candidate's ability

In this step, from the questions we will assess your capacity, acumen as well as how to handle
your situation.
 What skills and qualities make you suitable for this position?
 What do you know about the position we are recruiting for? Have you had a similar
experience?
 What do you know about Viettel's products, what do you think is the product that
makes our brand the most?
 As an outsider, what problems have you noticed with the company's products?
 Do you have a plan to counter your competitors in the market?
 Do you have any new ideas for our new products?
 If the interview is successful, how do you plan to work?

Step 5: Answer questions, candidate questions

In this step, the candidate will ask questions related to personal benefits when working at the
organization such as salary, working time, welfare and remuneration regimes.

Step 6: End of the interview

After answering all the questions of the candidate. The employer will declare the end of the
interview and notify the candidate of the time of the interview results and related information
after the end of the interview.

Step 7: Take the candidate to visit the business

After completing step 6 in the interview process, the person who takes the candidate on a
business tour will observe and analyze the candidate's ability to pass the interview. If
candidates have a high probability of passing, they will proceed to step 7, otherwise this step
can be skipped.
