What are your career goals, in general? Person #1: (response) Sidney: Very ambitious, I like to hear that. What past experiences and current skills make you a good candidate for this position? Person #1: (response) Sidney: A lot of our work at Coca-Cola is done independently, but we also collaborate and work in group settings. How well would you say you work with others? Person #1: (response) Sidney: Great, good to know. In the case that you are hired, how many hours per week are you aiming for? Also, what is your ideal annual salary? Person #1: (response) Sidney: That sounds reasonable, I think that would work well at Coca-Cola. Due to the pandemic, we have started to implement the option to work from home, is something you would be interested in? Person #1: (response) Sidney: Awesome. Interviewer: Hola Sidney, ¿cómo estás?
Sidney: Estoy bien, gracias. ¿Y usted? Interviewer: Bien gracias. Entonces, ¿qué te hizo postularte para este trabajo en Coca-Cola? ¿Cómo se enteró? Sidney: Estaba buscando un puesto en ventas y vi un anuncio para este puesto en Indeed. Interviewer: ¿Cuáles son tus objetivos en esta empresa? ¿Cuáles son sus objetivos profesionales, en general? Sidney: Espero desarrollar mis habilidades de ventas y eventualmente ser ascendido a Jefe del Departamento de Ventas. Siempre he trabajado en ventas y me encantaría liderar a otros. Interviewer: Muy ambicioso, me gusta escuchar eso. ¿Qué experiencias pasadas y habilidades actuales lo convierten en un buen candidato para este puesto? Sidney: Tuve una pasantía durante tres años, siendo mentor del Representante de Desarrollo de Ventas Andrew Block de RevFuel.
