CAREER SUMMARY
 More than 18 years of total experience in the areas of piping designing, construction,
commissioning, & CAD project/database management.
 More than 15 years of experience in Intergraph solutions and 3D CAD specializations
on software’s like PDS, SP3D. The last 6 years I have been leading a team of people
creating, setting up and administering the SP3D build for an owner operator.

 S3D Administration like project setup-Standalone/Workshare, SQL/Oracle database
setup, Schedule backups/ SPR/ Navisworks/ Reports, Clash Server Setup, Name
generator Setup.
 Other activities include DB Integrity, DB Clean, DB Maintenance, View Generator,
Update Symbol configuration, Model synchronization, Regenerate RDB.
 Model Data Reuse done based on Filters for cloning trains and checks performed.
 Merging Tekla models to S3D database.
 S3D Clash Rules- codeless rules customization, S3D Report customization using COM
query and SQL query, S3D Isometric customization (Stress, Pipeline, WBS, Jacketed).,
S3D View styles customization for drawings of all disciplines.
 S3D Piping Assembly customization, Surface style rules customization, Symbol
customization using Caxpert Symbol designer tool.
  Rule checker complete setup used for auto WBS assignment, Isometric sheet creation,
mass lock/unlock etc.
 Process data importing using Davetyner utility from Line list management tool.
 Piping progress measurement done, created custom attributes.
 SPIOP used for various vendor data and converted to zvf merged to S3D.
 Knowledge of SPRD and extraction of bulkload sheets of part data and project
specification tables.
 Intergraph’s PDS suite covering 3D Modules & Bentley Microstation.
 PDS project creation, customization of seed files and reference database/libraries.
 Customization of Pipe supports, Equipments, Piping assemblies and PDS forms using
DM/DB Access. Customization of Isometrics, GAD and Interference setup also using
CAXPERT Clash Manager.

Wood Group Mustang Inc., Al-Khobar- KSA, Jan 2018 – Dec 2019
Responsible to coordinate and manage the IT systems including standards, procedures
and maintenance on multi-discipline projects. Also responsible for the daily operation, support
and customization like S3D/PDS project set up and customization, reference Database
development and maintenance, report creation, drawing set up, ISOGEN set up and
customization, Clash Detection, Smartplant review, Material Data Publisher, training and
application user support. Assisted in facility project using REVIT. Imported data from TEKLA
into S3D.
Visited Khurais Site for investigation of the damaged facility and urgently retrieved
model database so as to identify the critical lines fabrication.

Responsible for total PDS administration for smooth project execution and provide
trainings. Major projects done Qatar Gas Project LNG. Chiyoda-Technip Joint Venture,
Papua New Guinea LNG. Esso Highlands Ltd., Thai MMA Co. Ltd. Acrylic sheet plant.
Was appointed as a CAD coordinator for managing smooth project execution with our
site offices in Manilla, Baroda, Qatar.
Also worked on SP3D Customization in Creation of Catalog database, Spec data,
Symbol customization using Caxpert Symbol designer software. Working closely with Marian
experts to directly extract specs into SP3D also close interaction with software experts to create
add on tools for SP3D.

Rolta India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai-INDIA, Dec 2004- May 2006

Responsibilities
The domain of expertise in providing solutions and support & Trainings to the Rolta
clientele in Plant Design automation Intergraph products, & also in preparation of Piping
Layouts & Isometrics, PDS/S3D trouble-shooting, organizing database & Project Management.

 Responsible for inducting Demo's to prospective clients.
 Technical discussions to be done with the clients to understand their needs and also to
suggest them with best possible option.

 To give training to the Client staff on PDS, Spec writing, Isogen, Project
administration, DB Access and Eden language, Basic and Advanced SPI.
 Responsible for after sales service, troubleshooting any kind of problems related to the
working of software.

Project Engineer, IUS Process, Mumbai, Nov 2001 - Nov 2004

Responsibilities
Designing of piping, building P & ID's, estimation of BOQ of materials, to supervise
the erection using Orbital welding machine and Boroscopy, commissioning and documentation
of storage & distribution of purified water, pure steam and water for injection as per US
validation standards. Complete supervision from Water Treatment plant to its distribution.
