Smart Plant 3D Administrator / SPF Administrator

Qualification : Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical / Production / chemical engineering.

Diploma in Piping Engineering from elite institute shall be an added advantage

Experience : 8-10 years of experience

Work Location : Mumbai

Requirements & Responsibilities

 Experience in administration of the S3D projects with Hexagon S3D tool, mainly for the
Chemical, Petrochemical and Refinery plants of medium and large size.
 SPF administrator shall be well versed with SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) configuration,
Administration, and expertise in Integration of SPF with all SmartPlant design Tools (S3D, SPI,
SPEL, SPPID) from end to end setup till successful publish
 Programming skills (.Net) and XML technology desirable
 Hands on experience on integration of third party tools with S3D (e.g.Tekla, Caesar)
 Knowledge of CAD application such as Micro station, Smart sketch & AutoCAD
 Proficient in setup and integration of 3D Design Review Tools of such as Smart Plant Review,
Navisworks etc.
 Good team member and proactive approach towards problem solving.

Technical / Managerial Responsibilities as S3D administrator

 Setting up project in Global Work share and Standalone environment.
 Adaptability towards different SEED files and managing the project setup / configuration as per
desired PBS and Naming rules and other project requirements.
 Manage project administration task for all engineering disciplines.
 Create project backups and restore the model, catalog and drawing data.
 Database knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL) desirable
 Capable to use "Model Data Reuse" for partial recovery of objects.
 Proficient in logic building and support S3D development team for new utility development.

 Creation of Custom Catalog and specification from the Bulk Load sheets S3D
 Customization Drawing Template and Report creation
 Creation of View Styles, Graphic Rules, Label Rules.
 Creation of COM as well as SQL labels and basic SQL queries.
 Setup Fabrication Isometric, Stress Isometric, Tracing Isometric
 Customization of Piping Support as per project requirement.
 User level troubleshooting in S3D on multiple tasks
 Conduct User Level Training & S3D Job Instruction / Guidelines.
 Support Model Review activity and creation Navisworks session.
 Able to handle various CAD format (SAT, DGN, DWG, etc.) in S3D
 Setting of IFC and Rule checker services.

Technical / Managerial Responsibilities as SPF administrator

 Extensive Experience in configuration, customization of SmartPlant SPF Project & As-built
Environment
 Publish and retrieve mappings of all SmartPlant design Tools (S3D, SPI, SPEL, SPPID)
 Very Good IT and Administration skill, Working experience in client global project, multiple
stakeholders
 Experience in configuration of custom Authoring Domains
 Excellent working experience in Publish of all design tools data
 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Publish issues
 Extensive experience and knowledge about Schema, UI, API and set up of Rule sets in Smart
plant SPV and SPO-SPF in cloud environment
 Experience in configuration and customization of workflows and concurrent engineering
 Configuration and customization of Standard Reports and Custom Reports
