INTRODUCTION: SWOT analysis is a technique to find strength, weakness,

opportunities and threats of a business. Strengths and weaknesses are internal
things that have some control over and can change. Opportunities and threats are
external things. This is help to find the business driver and what should be done for
benefits of the company. The SWOT analysis of Aarong are given bellow:

STRENGTH
1. High production quality.
2. Leading brand reputation.
3. Specialist marketing expertise.
4. Customer loyalty.
5. Valuable physical asset.
6. Strong management.
7. Low product damage.
8. Varity of products.
9. Excellent working condition.
10.Maximum level of sales.

WEAKNESS
1. Price is higher.
2. Limited budget for research and development.
3. Inability of supply on time.
4. Branches only in prime location.
5. Sales person need more training.
6. Poor access to collection.

OPPORTUNITIES
1. Sell new product in special occasions.
2. Start its business fully online.
3. Create and retain new rural customer.
 4. To integrate more supplier and customer.
5. Enter into alliance.
6. Seasonal fashion influence.
7. Cost advantages.
8. Capture more market share.
9. Local events.

THREATS

1. Have some small competitors.

2. Price wars with competitors.
3. Political instability.
4. Changing technology.
5. Environmental regulation.
6. And sudden surprise.

CONCLUTION: From above analysis we found some strength,

weakness, opportunities and threats of Aarong company. They
should make strong their strength, take benefit from opportunities
and try to overcome weakness and be conscious about threats.
It has been recommended that,
They should have fixed their price of product medium, giving
proper training to the seller and increase brunches.
Always should be prepare to face the threats and handle it
properly.
