Dear To Whom This May Concern,

Growing up as a shy boy, I made friends who helped me jump out of my

comfort zone. I created many memorable memories with them. I joined many
sports over the years including soccer and baseball. However, I didn’t remain
in those sports because of different interests. I started becoming aware of
construction work because my dad builds things for fun, such as sheds, trailers
and cabinets. Furthermore, I got interested in all these things, but I decided to
sign up for welding.

Through the first year of high, I took shop skills and it came very easy to me
and my parents thought that I would be interested in welding because I liked
to put things together (with Legos as a child) and I also liked to break things
(my phone and tablet). Coming to the conclusion that I would enjoy welding.
Through my second year of high school, I signed up for welding and it was the
best thing I could have done. I was fascinated by welding and that’s when I
decided to go into the welding business. This helped me gain welding
experience.

With this experience, I am confident that I am a perfect match for a

Manufacturing Welder. I am very eager to implement my experience and my
knowledge to my work.

Sincerely,

Casey Mounce
