*Homestay滞在は土曜日入居（特別日曜日）・レッスン修了翌日の土曜日退出となります。
Our Homestay accommodation starts from Saturday (only special case on Sunday) to Saturday (next day of your lesson finishing date).

*滞在先手配につきましては諸事情により、ご希望に添えない場合もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
While we make every effort to arrange your accommodation, we cannot always guarantee that your choice will be available.

取り消し及び返金規定 (就学生) Refund policy for college visa students

選考料・翻訳料・入学金
Visa Processing Fee 日本への入国如何に関わらず、いかなる場合であっても返金いたしません。

何らかの事情で日本への入国が困難となり、受領し「在留許可認定証明書」を当学院に返却したとき。
Applicants cancel their participation in the course prior to the starting date and return a certificate of eligibility to institution
大使館、領事館からビザの発給が拒否され、その事実が当学院によって確認できたとき。
Applicants are denied authorization from Citizenship and immigration
右記の場合に返金いたします
We’ll refund if: 授業開始後、何らかの事情で帰国し、再度、当学院の学生として入国せず、その出国が確認できたとき。返金額は返金手数料
（16,000円）を除き、学生本人が帰国を申し出た翌学期分からの残額とする。
Applicants return to home country after the course starts, the institution may charge a cancellation fee (16,000YEN) retain of the total fees which
will be counted from the next term.
