Analysis and Interpretation of Data

4.1 Introduction –

The conceptual analysis is done in the earlier chapters. But to formulate any policies
and strategies it is needed to analyze the given facts and figures representing the current
position of the company.
To collect the facts, one questionnaire was prepared; for the customers respectively.
The questionnaire contains various questions which will help in analyzing the pre-decided
objectives. These questionnaires were distributed to 10 customers respectively to gain their
perspectives about Samsung Galaxy mobile. The facts collected from the questionnaire are
analyzed individually below.

Interpretation:
When the survey of 10 customers was done on a random basis, it can observe that all the
customers use the mobile phone. It shows that the demand force of the market has the
knowledge about the Samsung mobile market.

Interpretation:

According to the above table, it indicates that 0% of respondents are using Nakia
mobile, 60% of respondents are using Samsung mobile, 10% of respondents are using One
Plus mobile, and 30% of respondents are using others handset. It means the market of
Samsung is good than compared to other.

Interpretation:

The graphical representation shows that out of 10 respondents, 20%


respondents were willing to spend less than 10,000, 40% were willing to spend between
10,000-20,000, 40% were willing to pay between 20,000-30000 and 0% rest were ready to
pay more than 30,000 amounts.

Interpretation:

According to the above table, 50% of respondents are highly Satisfied with
the level of feature of mobile, 40% are Satisfied, 10% are Dissatisfied, and 0% are highly
satisfied.

Interpretation:

The above the table indicates that 20% of respondents are using office work,
60% of respondents are using Business work, 20 % of respondents are using other work and
no any Respondent are using household work. Its mins most are consumer main purpose of
mobile using in Business work.

Interpretation:

The above the table indicates that, 10 % respondent are using for 1 year ,30
% respondent are using for 1 – 2-year, 20 % respondent are using for 2 – 3 year, and 40 %
respondent are using 3 year and above. It means mostly people own their mobiles for long
duration.
