Postpone your cut-off if possible
• Setting a later cut-off time can improve your sales conversion, as customers will see a faster
promise later in the day.
• You must ensure you leave enough time between order cut-off and carrier collection time to
ensure you meet your on-time shipment requirements.
• You can only adjust your cut-off time at an account level (not carrier level). Ensure you set a
cut-off that can be met by all carriers your are shipping with.

New feature to offer a Monday delivery promise for orders collected on
Sundays.

Benefits of Sunday Collections and Monday Delivery Promise:


• A sales uplift as customers will see a faster delivery promise when ordering between Friday
after cut-off to Sunday before cut-off.
• Enable next-day deliveries for volumes collected on Sunday
• Allow you to clear your warehouse space and ship all processed orders on Sunday, which
can also reduce pressure on your warehouse staff on a Monday.
• Enable you to receive more pickup capacity for peak/ holiday season
