STEP 1:

Choose a Title Based on the Niche-Specific “Urgent Problem” that You


are Solving
- Use Dummies.com and Amazon.com for title ideas.

- Perform keyword research to ensure your title contains relevant keywords.

STEP 2:

Compose a List of Chapters for Your eBook


- Use Dummies.com and Amazon.com for chapter and “table of contents” ideas.

- Look at current books on your own shelf for ideas.

- Don’t worry about the order – just write down chapters.

STEP 3:

Make a Decision: Write or OUTSOURCE


- Outsource each chapter as an article.

- Outsourcing: eLance.com, ArticleZ.com, Fiverr.com

- Put in a detailed request for your articles denoting the topic and keyword phrases
that you want used.

STEP 4:

Review and Customize Your Articles


- Use a keyword-centric title

- Add a personalized intro to the article, again leveraging your keywords

- Add a personalized conclusion with a Call to Action

STEP 5:

Submit Your Articles to eZines.com


- Repurpose the material to establish yourself as an expert author on eZines

- Include backlinks to other related articles on your site

- Include a Call to Action in your bio box

STEP 6:

Post the Articles to Your Blog


- Repurpose, repurpose, repurpose! Once your articles are approved on eZines, post
them to your blog

- Use the Sexy Bookmarks application to promote your articles on Twitter, Facebook,
Digg, etc.

STEP 7:

Compile the Articles into a Logical Order for your eBook


- Print out all the articles and reorder them physically to determine the best flow

- Insert pictures into the articles to give them more flair

STEP 8:

Create or OUTSOURCE an eBook Cover


- We will cover this in full detail during our next huddle 

STEP 9:

Write the Following Sections: Acknowledgements, Introduction,


Conclusion, About the Author, Resources
- Use the “About” Page from your website to create the “About the Author” Page

- Sprinkle multiple CTA’s throughout your eBook

- Have your team/ATP read it and provide feedback

STEP 10:

Put it in Order Using a Word Processing Software & Convert it to a .pdf


- If you don’t have a word processing software, visit OpenOffice.org, a free solution
similar to Microsoft Word

- Insert the flat version of your cover as the 1st page

- Add your URL, as a footer, to the bottom of each page
