    Vampiro cocktail

    PREP: 5 MINS EASY SERVES 1

    Nutrition: Per serving


    kcal fat saturates carbs sugars fibre protein salt
    142 0g 0g 7g 5g 0.2g 0.5g 0.4g

    Ingredients Method
    40ml Blanco tequila 1. Chill a small wine glass or coupette glass, then brush a
    little water on the rim and dip into some fine smoked salt.
    10ml mescal

    20ml passata 2. Put all the cocktail ingredients in the base of a cocktail
    shaker or a glass full of ice. Stir until the outside of the
    10ml lime juice
    container feels cold, then strain into the prepared glass.
    5ml lemon juice

    5ml grenadine

    For the garnish
