    Subject: P O P work in office at baner.

    The work consists of material, Labor, of the below work .The bill of material consists of the following as
    detailed below.

    office

    1. POP in gypsum (plain) : 2465 x 65 = 1,60, 225/-Rs


    2. Patta from all four side : 920 x 65 = 59,800/-Rs
    3. LED Light fittings: 75 nos x 500 = 38,000/-Rs
    4. LED strip with chokes : 28,000/-Rs
    5. Light points: 100 Nos x 700 = 70,000/-Rs

    Cost
    The total cost for the above work is Rupees 3, 56,000/- (Rupees three lakhs and fifty six thousand
    only)

    Payments Terms

    45% Advance
    45% While light fitting
    10% after completion of work

    The work will be done as per approved design

    In case of extra items the cost will be applicable.


    18% GST extra
