educational programs, particularly when offered as travel study
opportunities, continuous to increase rapidly as us nurses travel,
work ,consult, research
, teach, and study abroad in greater numbers each year. International
interchanges occur with increasing frequency each year and nursing
education programs are beginning to provide student with the
necessary academic preparation to function effectively in the
international arenas .although many institutions of higher education
are emphasizing increased global awareness among students and
faculty, few nursing programs address the international dimensions of
health and nursing in their curricula

Continuing education is an educational activity primarily designed to

keep the registered nurses abreast in their particular field of interest
and do not lead to any formal advanced standing in the profession.

collaboration in order to deliver high quality care career as a nurse is
one of the professions that one can grow old in without getting stale
in one position because it provides numerous opportunities for
