REGISTRATION OF MSE VENDORS UNDER SC/ST CATEGORY

Public Procurement Policy-2012 mandates minimum 20% procurement of goods &

services from MSE vendors out of which 4% procurement is to be done from MSE
vendors belonging to SC/ST category.

Though NLC India Limited is meeting the overall target of minimum 20% procurement,
the sub-target of 4% procurement from MSE vendors belonging to SC/ST category
could not be achieved due to availability of limited registered vendors.

To augment its vendor base, NLCIL invites online applications from MSE vendors
belonging to SC/ST category capable of manufacturing and supply of quality products
including products under any of the 358 reserved item-categories as indicated in the
Public Procurement Policy-2012.
