Gujarat Model
• Government of Gujarat has adopted manpower outsourcing for making Healthcare in Government
Medical colleges of the states and its allied medical Hospitals, Government hospitals of Districts
and Taluka level more efficient for providing services as per the criteria of NABH

• The Government has targeted to make all the facilities available in Hospital by consolidating the
allied services as per criteria of NABH standards.

• They focused on quality improvement of health services which will lead to benefit of the patients
visiting Hospitals.

• The Gujarat government has launched campaign of Nirmal Gujarat under which the government
decided to outsource human resources.
