The illusionist didn't want to be forgotten, but his
whole career had been lies and deceit. So he
created an artifact that would not only signify the
true identity and allegiances of the wearer, but
force people to recognize the wearer and
acknowledge their presence. This crown changes
appearance to suit the house of the wearer.
The Crown of Presence requires attunement.
The Crown of Presence has 4 charges and recharges
1d4+1 charges at dawn.
Item Quirk
The wielder attuned to The Crown of Presence feels
compelled to announce their presence when entering a new
area.
Abilities
The Crown of Presence grants the ability to use the following
abilities:
Action: Enemies within 30 ft lose their reaction vs
Charisma Save
Action: All creatures cannot use their action to attack or
cast damaging spell for Their next turn.
Every creature within 120 ft. speaks the same language
for an hour.
Advantage on Charisma skill checks and saves for an hour
Action: All creatures cannot use their action to attack or
cast damaging spell for Their next turn. This is usable
once per day.
